Adelaide Central Business District14 nights9.0/10 - Wonderful (2,139 reviews)"The location and parking was important especially as the weather was wet and cold. We had an event walking distant from the hotel, we also had access to a restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast. The tea and coffee making and toiletries in bathroom suited us as it was an overnight stay. The website needs to be updated as it stated need to use stairs, no mention of lift."Reviewed June 4, 2026Return • Melbourne (MEL) - Adelaide (ADL)MEL - ADL • Direct ADL - MEL • Direct - Franklin Apartments

The outside noise was really loud and we checked in late and reception had forgotten to give us a car park fob."Reviewed May 7, 2026Return • Melbourne (MEL) - Adelaide (ADL)MEL - ADL • Direct ADL - MEL • Direct - Terrace Hotel Adelaide

Adelaide Central Business District14 nights8.2/10 - Very good (1,000 reviews)"We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."Reviewed April 17, 2026Return • Melbourne (MEL) - Adelaide (ADL)MEL - ADL • Direct ADL - MEL • Direct
